Always ready when you are, our Ready Renter Services provide all the information needed to chose the perfect apartment home - at no charge. We'll point those who are ready to rent in the right direction with a customized list of the best available options. Includes a generous serving of helpful information.

Complimentary.

*Complimentary Customized Rental Consultation Tour
A half-day tour tailored to individual tastes. Explores neighborhoods, community resources, and specific apartment homes. Booked in advance, the Customized Rental Consultation Tour includes a wealth of information and helpful tips suited to the individual renter's requirements and personal interests. Four-hour maximum.

$300.
($100 discount if an apartment is rented)

*Executive Settling-In Services
Assistance in every aspect of relocating for the busy professional. Custom designed for each individual, Executive Settling-In Services include information and direction on everything from school options or area golf courses to the closet post office and gourmet coffee house. With advance notice, this program can be tailored to include everything from the big picture right down to the smallest detail. Six-hour maximum.

$450.
($150 discount if an apartment is rented)

* On-Site Orientations/Counseling
Apartment Homes TLC professionals will coordinate and host special orientation programs and/or counseling for relocating employees based on your specific criteria. Per day rate.

*Area Tours
Accommodate groups of relocating employees easily and efficiently with an Area Tour coordinated to meet your company's specifications. Per person rate.
