Customized Rental Consultation Tour
A half-day tour of neighborhoods, communities and specific apartment homes that have been selected to meet your individual tastes and needs. Let a Charlotte insider be your tour guide around the Queen City as you explore the areas you like most! This is one package where you really benefit from our expertise! Four-hour maximum.

Executive Settling-In Services
Assistance in every aspect of relocating for the busy professional. Custom designed for each individual including information and direction on everything from school options for the kids or area golf courses to the closest banks, post offices and gourmet coffee house. Advance notice is preferred so that we may prepare to handle everything from the big picture right down to the smallest detail. Six-hour maximum.
