Apartment Homes TLC is different because Angela, the founder and owner of the company, never set out to be a business owner. In fact, it happened by default when Angela couldn't find a company that she could align her "old-fashioned" values with. There is nothing traditional about how Apartment Homes TLC does business. Angela adds, "We're not governed by cash flow charts or return on investment models, but rather by the Golden Rule, and we've found it to be the secret to our success. We strive to put others first, and by doing so we discover the best within ourselves. It is through what we gain by serving others that provides us the means to magnify our positions."

Angela M. Beaver, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, began working in the apartment industry at the early age of 14, where she became the top producer while still in her first month of training. Before completing high school, Angela went on to break the company's nationwide records all while working part-time. At the age of 21, Angela opened and managed her first office, and two years later, another firm recruited her to expand its business into a new territory. In 2001, at the age of 25, Angela became the founder and owner of Apartment Homes TLC.

Judy brings her experience from working in a variety of positions including the medical, credit counseling, and educational fields. Her ability to relate with others from all walks of life stems from having been a Spanish Exchange Program Coordinator for several years.

Mother of five and grandmother of six, Judy has the natural gift of nurturing others and does so with each interaction. It is the skills that Judy has developed from raising her family that has positioned her to lead others with great care and attention. Judy is a ball of energy, and you will find her spending her free time uplifting and enriching the lives of others through countless hours of community and church service. Originally from Wilmington , Delaware , Judy moved to the south 10 years ago, and has fallen in love with Charlotte 's southern charm.
